Business coaching is a tool that many leaders and executives like yourself, use to explore ways to be more effective at work, find and remove blocks that keep you paralyzed, explore possibilities of how to better lead companies and teams, and be held accountable. When you reach a certain level in your organization or business setting, the amount of time you spend with your board or director/manager is often very little, so who do you do the deep exploration that needs to take place in all of us, especially leaders, that will enable you to achieve your maximum potential? The name "thesuperiorleader" should not be thought of as an allusion to others. Your reference of comparison should always be the previous version of yourself, who you were yesterday, who you were, even this morning.
ABOUT Roberto Alonso
Executive Coach
Roberto is an experienced leadership coach, facilitator, and trainer. Warm hearted, casual, yet serious about growth and change, Roberto has worked with leaders all over the world, from Japan, to Israel, several countries in Europe, all over the United States, to 12 other countries in Latin America. He is Costa Rican, and having obtained degrees and certifications mainly in the United States, he currently lives in his home country (he says the weather is hard to beat!).
Most of his coaching clients come from Fortune 500 companies, and offers coaching in Spanish and English and hopefully soon in Brazilian Portuguese as he takes lessons and practices everytime he travels to Sao Paulo.
Having obtained a Master's degree in Counseling before his coaching certification, he has an additional view into human behavior, and can distinguish what escapes the realm of coaching.
He likes to hike, do openwater swimming and spend as much time as possible with Arianne, his precious daughter.
